Certification double selon les normes ISO 17100 et 18587

Depuis le début du mois de juillet, c'est enfin là ! ABZ ONLINE assure désormais des traductions conformes aux deux normes ISO : ISO 17100 pour les traductions standard et ISO 18587 pour les traductions automatiques. Nous avons entièrement revu nos processus internes et sommes désormais en mesure d'offrir, sur demande, des alternatives conformes aux normes ISO, basées sur la traduction automatique et la révision professionnelle ultérieure. Nos clients ont le choix entre les services fondamentaux suivants :

1. Traduction par un professionnel de la traduction suivie d'une révision par un locuteur natif qualifié (principe du contrôle à quatre yeux) conformément à l'ISO 17100.
2. Traduction par un professionnel de la traduction et assurance qualité (QA) automatique.
3. Traduction automatique avec sélection automatique grâce à l'intelligence artificielle et post-édition approfondie par un professionnel de la traduction conformément à l'ISO 18587.
4. Traduction automatique avec sélection automatique grâce à l'intelligence artificielle et post-édition de base par un professionnel de la traduction conformément à l'ISO 18587.
5. Traduction automatique avec sélection automatique grâce à l'intelligence artificielle et assurance qualité automatique.

La différence entre une post-édition approfondie et une post-édition de base réside dans le fait que dans le premier cas, un expert qualifié du domaine révise minutieusement le texte, tandis que dans le cas de la post-édition de base, les corrections se limitent à garantir un contenu précis, sans inclure de modifications stylistiques ou des adaptations plus étendues.

We are optimally and flexibly organized. Our teams work in the cloud with the highest security standards, and all ABZ team members can simultaneously access all data. We can directly connect the translation engines we use with our tools and databases, allowing us to configure the desired translation service flexibly on-the-go.

Which translation engines do we use?

Currently, we use the following translation engines: Google Translator (paid version), Amazon Translate, Microsoft Translator, Tencent TranSmart, DeepL.

We can determine the most suitable combination by using an algorithm that selects the entries of the translation engine best suited for each task.

More and more customers are combining different translation services because each project has its specific requirements and serves a particular purpose. Additionally, other aspects such as timeframes and budget need to be considered.

Machine translations with post-editing will undoubtedly establish themselves as an important alternative.

At ABZ ONLINE, we take this into account and create up to 3 translation databases for each client/product, which differ in quality: TM HT (Human Translation), TM PE (Machine Translation + Post-Editing), and TM MT (Machine Translation and QA). These can be used separately or together. It is important to always differentiate them in terms of quality.
